
Bruce H. Wiener has been a practicing lawyer and litigator
for over twenty-five years, and has tried numerous cases, and
argued appeals, in both the State and Federal courts.
Mr. Wiener has been actively engaged in all aspects of real
estate and general commercial litigation. His practice includes
representing both landlords and tenants in the more complex
and sophisticated cases in the New York Supreme and Civil Courts
and before New York administrative agencies, and in appeals
of novel landlord-tenant and real estate issues in the Appellate
Term, Appellate Division and Court of Appeals of New York. Mr.
Wiener was a founding partner of Fischbein Badillo Wagner Harding,
where he practiced for more than fifteen (15) years, and was
formerly head of that firm’s real estate litigation department.
He joined Warshaw Burstein as a partner in May 2002.
Mr. Wiener graduated from New York University Law School in
1976, and completed his undergraduate work at Columbia College.
