
Mr. Videnieks has over 29 years of experience in all areas
of real estate law, including financing, with both private and
public involvement, sales and acquisitions of all types of property
interests and commercial leasing (representing landlords and
tenants) including offices, stores, shopping centers, warehouses
and manufacturing facilities. Mr. Videnieks’ multi-dimensional
experience enables him to provide unique insight with respect
to real estate matters requiring integrated knowledge. He has
also been guest seminar lecturer for The New York State Land
Title Association. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Videnieks
practiced real estate law with the Manhattan firms of Thacher,
Proffitt & Wood and Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel.
Mr. Videnieks received his J.D. from the University of Michigan
Law School and B.A. from Kalamazoo College. Mr. Videnieks is
a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the New York State Bar Association,
including its Real Property Law Section, and is admitted to
the Courts of the Southern and Eastern Federal Districts of
New York.
