Mr. Taylor practices corporate and securities law and has represented investment companies and investment banks, as well as, technology, insurance and media companies. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Taylor was associated with Clifford Chance US LLP in New York.

Mr. Taylor graduated with a B.A. from The College of William & Mary. He received a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.
