Mr. Schlesinger has had broad experience in the general corporate, real estate and commercial areas. The clients to which he devotes his principal attention include both publicly held and privately owned corporations of diverse natures, including broadcast, media and casino fields, as well as a number of individual real estate developers and entrepreneurs and several banks. He has handled a number of matters in Moscow and St. Petersburg for American companies with Russian officials.

Mr. Schlesinger was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1960-62, and was formerly one of the name partners of Weisman, Celler, Spett, Modlin, Wertheimer & Schlesinger.

Mr. Schlesinger received both his undergraduate and law degrees from New York University.
