Mr. McMenamin regularly advises company directors and management on business strategies, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, technology and publishing licensing and entertainment finance and production.

Mr. McMenamin has extensive experience in merger and acquisition transactions, securities regulation and private equity venture capital and buy-out deals in the media and technology communication sectors.      

Before joining Warshaw Burstein, he served as counsel to several privately held media and technology companies. Mr. McMenamin also served as general counsel to an institutionally backed media and technology private equity fund.
 
Mr. McMenamin received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 1985.  He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1982.
