
In the course of her litigation practice over the last 25
years, Ms. Levinsohn has represented numerous banks, financial
institutions, and other major companies in a wide variety of
complex matters, including general commercial litigation, real
estate and securities fraud litigation, and class action litigation.
Since her admission to the New York Bar in 1979, she has practiced
in the litigation area as an associate for 11 years, and New
York Counsel for five years, at the New York City firm of Kaye,
Scholer, Fierman, Hays & Handler, and at our firm since
1995.
Ms. Levinsohn is a 1975 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Yale University
(B.A. magna cum laude). She received her J.D. from Harvard Law
School in 1979. Ms. Levinsohn is admitted to the bars of The
United States District Court for The Southern and Eastern Districts
of New York, and is a member of The New York City Bar Association.
