Mr. Lester has over 35 years experience in the corporate arena, concentrating primarily in the areas of joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and international), corporate finance and securities law matters. Mr. Lester is currently serving as Administrative Partner of our firm and for the past 10 years served as our firm's representative to the Euro-American Lawyers Group. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Lester was Managing Partner of Carro, Spanbock, Kaster & Cuiffo.

Mr. Lester has received L.L.M. in Taxation and J.D. degrees from New York University where he was an editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. He holds a B.A. degree from Brown University.
