Mr. Lee has represented numerous public and private entities
in litigation (and other areas) across the fields of general
commercial matters, securities, construction, real estate, corporate,
and employment matters. In what has been a very active general
practice, there are virtually no major litigation practice areas
in which Mr. Lee has not been involved.
Following his release from a four-year tour of duty as a member
of the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG),
Mr. Lee spent five years with two firms, principally as a litigator,
followed by three years as house counsel at a “big board”
listed company, culminating in his being its senior attorney.
He became a litigation partner in our firm in 1976.
Mr. Lee is a graduate of Syracuse University School of Law and
received an L.L.M. from New York University.
