Harvey Krasner applies thirty years of experience to his handling of various transactional real estate matters, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential property, the representation of developers, and related financing transactions. He has represented banks with respect to commercial loan transactions. In addition, Mr. Krasner represents sponsors in the preparation and implementation of cooperative and condominium conversion plans, and also represents cooperative and condominium boards of directors.

Mr. Krasner was a partner in the firm of Israel & Krasner before joining the firm of Kimmelman Sexter Warmflash & Leitner, LP in 1988. Following his partnership in the firm of Krasner & Chen, he built a sophisticated solo practice focused on producing practical solutions to complex real estate transactions and matters, including litigation.

Mr. Krasner is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1974 and completed his undergraduate work at Brooklyn College.
