
Mr. Kannry is an attorney and professional engineer with more than 35 years of construction industry experience. His primary specialization is in construction and environmental law and litigation, with representation of contractors, construction managers, engineers, architects and governmental authorities in public and private sector matters throughout the United States and in the Caribbean. That law practice encompasses construction and environmental claims prosecution and defense through trials, arbitrations, administrative boards and appeals; similar representation in architect and engineer liability suits; and contracts development and negotiations, as well as business counseling, during the planning, design, funding, bidding and construction phases of heavy and building projects.
At the start of 2007, Mr. Kannry joined our firm as a partner and chair of our construction law group.
A speaker at numerous seminars on construction law before contractor associations, engineering and legal professional societies, and his alma mater, Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Kannry is also the author of related published papers.
