
Mr. Gelbard has been practicing corporate and securities
law for over forty years, representing public and private companies
in many different industries. He has participated in acquisitions,
mergers, dispositions, public offerings and private placements,
both on the company and investment banker sides of the transactions.
He has prepared and/or negotiated agreements in a wide range
of fields. Mr. Gelbard also spends a part of his time on estate
planning.
Mr. Gelbard received an A.B. degree from City College of New
York, a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an L.L.M. from New
York University Law School. He is admitted to practice in New
York and Florida.
