
Mr. Cohen has over 50 of years experience in all aspects
of corporate law. He has also had extensive experience in the
field of trade regulation and private international law, advising
clients in Europe and Asia as well as in the United States.
He was a partner at Kaye Scholer Fierman Hays & Handler
during which time he opened and ran their Paris, France office
from 1963 to 1965. He has also been counsel to several corporations,
including vice president and general counsel of Revlon, Inc.
He is also an elected member of the International Institute
of Space Law, the purposes of which include cooperation and
consultation with national and international organizations,
including the United Nations, in the field of space law.
Mr. Cohen received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Columbia
College and was elected as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received
his J.D. degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where
he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Harvard Law Review.
