
Mr. Burstein’s work has been concentrated in the areas
of real estate and corporate matters for over 50 years. In the
area of real estate, Mr. Burstein has represented owners, developers
and operators of real estate as well as investors, lenders and
buyers in a variety of transactions. In the area of corporate
matters, Mr. Burstein has represented public and private entities
engaged in a broad range of enterprises.
On admission to the Bar, he practiced as an associate in two
firms until 1951, when he joined a predecessor to our firm,
where he has been ever since.
Mr. Burstein is a graduate of Yale Law School.
