
For almost 40 years, Mr. Bloom has represented numerous
real estate owners, investors, space users, developers, lenders
and borrowers in a wide variety of complex commercial and financial
transactions, including the construction and development of
major properties and facilities, the development of infrastructure
facilities, and the procurement of construction and professional
services relating to such projects.
Following his admission to the New York Bar in 1959, he practiced
in the area of real estate law and related disciplines, first
as an associate in the New York City law firm of Weisman, Celler,
Allan, Spett & Scheinberg, then as Assistant General Counsel
at Tishman Realty & Construction Co., Inc., and thereafter
as a partner/head of the real estate departments at the New
York City law firm of Botein, Hays and Sklar and in the New
York City office of Dorsey & Whitney. In 1992, he became
a partner of our firm.
Mr. Bloom is a graduate of Columbia School of Law.
